RESPONSIVE DISPLAY ADS · GOOGLE DISPLAY NETWORK

Display advertising that adapts automatically

Responsive Display Ads combine your creative assets with Google's machine learning. The result: ads delivered optimally in every format, on every platform, and for every user.

SCHEDULE A STRATEGY CALL

Static banners lose reach and relevance

Classic display banners cover only a fraction of available ad placements. Each size must be created individually, each platform requires its own formats. This costs time, budget, and flexibility — while Google's algorithm receives insufficient data to optimize delivery.

One asset set. Thousands of combinations. Automatic optimization.

Responsive Display Ads work differently. You upload headlines, descriptions, images, and logos once. Google's AI combines these assets in real time into the format that best fits each ad placement, device, and user intent — continuously optimizing based on conversion data.

WHY AIM

Display advertising as part of an integrated growth system

Responsive Display Ads are not an isolated channel. At AIM, we integrate display into a cross-channel performance system: remarketing lists are built from GA4 data, creatives are aligned to funnel stage, and every delivery is measured against defined conversion goals. Google's automation is a tool — the strategic control stays with us.

When Responsive Display Ads make the difference

  • Manual banners don't cover all ad placements
  • Creative production costs too much time and budget
  • Remarketing campaigns without a structured asset strategy
  • Display budget without measurable conversion goals
  • No connection between display and GA4 data
  • Missing audience segmentation by funnel stage

More reach. Better creatives. Measurable results.

We analyze your current display strategy and show how Responsive Display Ads can be integrated into a structured performance system.

Frequently Asked Questions

Responsive Display Ads are an automated ad format in the Google Display Network. Instead of fixed sizes, you upload assets — headlines, descriptions, images, logos — and Google's AI automatically creates the optimal combination for each available ad placement. Classic banners must be created individually for each size and cover only a fraction of available placements.

You need at least one landscape image (1.91:1 ratio, min. 600×314 px), one square image (1:1, min. 300×300 px), a logo, up to five headlines, and up to five descriptions. Videos can optionally be included. AIM develops a complete asset set aligned to your target audience and funnel stage.

Google's machine learning continuously analyzes which combinations of headlines, descriptions, and images achieve the best performance. Based on click and conversion data, successful combinations are served more frequently. The system simultaneously tests new variants to continuously improve results.

Responsive Display Ads automatically adapt to websites, apps, YouTube, and Gmail. The format varies by available ad placement — from classic banners to native text ads to full image-text combinations. The Google Display Network encompasses over two million websites and apps.

AIM defines clear conversion goals before campaign launch and connects them to GA4 and Google Ads. In addition to classic click metrics, engaged-view conversions are measured — relevant user interactions without a direct click. Regular asset performance analyses show which combinations work and where optimization is needed.
