What AIM Is

AIM Internet Marketing is a senior-led boutique agency for performance marketing and growth, based in the Stuttgart area (Nürtingen). AIM develops and manages integrated growth systems for B2B mid-market companies, D2C brands, and internationally scaling businesses.

The difference from the classic agency model: strategy, prioritization and management stay in senior hands throughout. No junior account management as the first point of contact, no strategy sold in the pitch then handed off to the next level.

AIM deliberately works with a limited number of client engagements. Depth over volume.

Who is behind AIM

Maike Brockmeier, Founder and Managing Consultant.

I have been working in performance marketing for over 18 years and lead AIM. My focus is paid acquisition across channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing, Native) and the question behind it: how does media budget become predictable revenue instead of expensive reach. Today, visibility in AI systems is added — GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) as a new layer of demand acquisition.

What clients rely on:

  • International scaling: Built and managed setups for LLG Luxury Goods across 15+ markets with 7-figure monthly budgets.
  • Interim leadership: Took on responsibility as Interim Head of Performance at Shape Republic during a critical growth phase.
  • Regulated and complex markets: Operationally managed Google Ads and Native for Sonova (hearing aid industry), plus work in industry and B2B with long funnels.

How the building blocks work together

  • Strategy defines the direction.
  • Performance generates demand.
  • SEO/GEO captures and influences demand before the click.
  • Platform converts.
  • Branding keeps everything consistent.

Isolated activities fizzle out when they don't build on each other. The system makes growth cumulative rather than additive.

How AIM's system works

Six building blocks, one system. Each block works individually but reaches its full potential in combination.

Performance Marketing (Paid Media)

  • Campaign management in Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Bing
  • Optimization of CAC, ROAS and budget allocation across channels
  • Paid media as the demand engine of the system

Not isolated by campaign, but as an orchestrated system.

Who AIM works with

AIM works with companies that need structure for predictable growth.

B2B Mid-Market

  • Generate structured demand
  • Build scalable pipeline
  • Align marketing and sales

E-Commerce and D2C

  • Scale revenue
  • Control CAC
  • Expand internationally

Health, Wellness and Regulated Markets

  • Precise messaging
  • High trust requirements
  • Regulatory compliance

When a conversation is worthwhile

  • Multiple channels running in parallel without alignment.
  • CAC is rising faster than revenue.
  • Growth is increasing costs instead of improving efficiency.
  • The website brings traffic but no conversions.
  • Marketing produces activity but no measurable revenue contribution.
  • There is no strategic direction for decisions.

If two or more of these sound familiar, an audit is the fastest path to clarity.

Frequently Asked Questions

A strategic growth system is a cross-channel marketing system that aligns SEO, paid advertising, content, and analytics toward a shared goal. Unlike isolated campaigns, all activities work together within one coordinated framework.

AIM works with B2B and e-commerce companies that want to grow systematically beyond individual marketing activities. The deciding factor is a commitment to a long-term strategic perspective, not a specific company size.

Depending on the starting point, a growth system covers channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO & GEO, content marketing, and analytics infrastructure. AIM coordinates these as an interconnected system with clear data flows and shared decision logic.

In the first weeks, tracking, data infrastructure, and campaign architecture are set up. Initial measurable trends are often visible after 60 to 90 days. A fully optimized system typically takes 6 to 12 months to mature.

AIM runs growth system projects at senior level without delegating execution to junior teams. Strategy, concept, and implementation rest in the same hands, avoiding translation losses and ensuring consistent decision quality throughout the project.

Yes. AIM analyzes the existing infrastructure and integrates current campaigns, tracking setups, and assets where they are sound. What does not contribute to the system goal is restructured, not automatically replaced.

Success is not measured by individual ad KPIs but by systemic metrics: revenue development, customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend across all channels, and conversion rate across the full funnel.
